Return & Refund Policy

At Oren Collective, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery 


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and unassembled

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all original labels, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be refused and returned to the customer. Returns of used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items will not be accepted.


How to Return a Product

Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Important

Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. The correct return address will be provided after approval.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.

Recommended carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent services.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.


Refunds

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after return approval

Refunds are issued using the original payment method

Important Notes

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is fully covered by us.

For standard returns (non-defective items), return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Free shipping promotions do not generate additional shipping refunds

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

We will confirm product availability and provide return instructions.

After the returned item is received and approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 72 hours at:

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

If approved, you may choose between:

A free replacement (return and reshipment at our expense), or

A full refund, including return shipping costs


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing.

After this period, orders may no longer be canceled but can still be returned in accordance with this policy.
